Snoop Dogg has a cookbook and we want to try ALL the food

Snoop Dogg’s new cookbook is about to hit the shelves and we want to eat everything in it.

This isn’t Snoop’s first foray into the kitchen, which fans of the rapper-turned-weed entrepreneur-turned-celebrity chef will know.

Snoop Dogg teamed up with cooking legend and ex-convict Martha Stewart to host the Emmy-nominated Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party on VH1 in 2016, with celebrity guests like Wiz Khalifa, Seth Rogen, 50 Cent, and Queen Latifa to name just a few.

The new book is titled From Crook to Cook: Platinum Recipes from Tha Boss Dogg’s Kitchen- which is ironically the exact opposite of his co-host and close friend Martha Stewarts career trajectory - and is due to hit the shelves and online stores on October 23rd through publishers Chronicle books, just in time for the holidays.

The book features over 50 Snoop-approved, delectable recipes spread across 192 pages, and while the recipes themselves are all cannabis-free, the collection promises to deliver plenty of “snacks to satisfy those munchies”.

So, if you’ve ever experienced the mind-wrenching anxiety of trying to pick the perfect snack to satisfy your weed cravings, you can count on Snoop to lead you down the right path – after all, he’s essentially been high for the better part of three decades (give or take a few years).

From Crook to Cook is compiled of a diverse and expansive “dipped and whipped” collection of Snoop’s favorite recipes for munchies of every price bracket, with plenty of everyday American staples like mac & cheese, waffles, and fried bologna sandwiches, to upscale fine-dining classics like filet mignon and lobster thermidor.

Prepare to spend less time reaching for the take-out menu as Snoop has also included homemade versions of American take-out classics like easy orange chicken and soft flour tortillas.

DJ Snoopadelic even includes tips on becoming the perfect dinner party host, from dinner conversation to entertaining guests long after the plates are cleared with a killer gin & juice recipe that’ll keep the party going.

So, if you’re looking for the perfect gift for your favorite stoner this holiday season, the Doggfather’s got you covered (or maybe even just for yourself, we fully endorse buying yourself gifts to make up for all the pairs of socks you’re no doubt going to receive from your clueless relatives this year).
