Free shipping policy
EveryoneDoesit.com offers free shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the United States.
Portable vaporizers and most accessories are shipped with 2-4 business day (1st class) shipping. Larger (desktop) vaporizers are shipped with 2-4 day service. We ship via USPS. Packages generally arrive within this time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping, we will issue you a shipping refund if your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame.
Orders over $150.00 will require a signature.
The statement below does not apply during special sale events and holiday seasons, we appreciate your understanding.
We strive to get all orders received before 2 PM (PST) shipped out the same day. We ship from our warehouses in FL and CA and depending on our inventory; we ship from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any USPS holidays. Orders received after 2 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.
Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This may be as late as 7 or 8 PM (PST).
Priority shipping: Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) will be delivered on the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. For example, if your order ships on Friday via Priority shipping your order will be delivered on Monday assuming Monday is not a holiday. If Monday is a holiday, your package will arrive on Tuesday.
Lost or stolen packages: If a package is lost or stolen and you did not purchase the extended insurance a police report will need to be given. All lost and stolen packages must be reported within 48 from the delivery notification in order for claims to be processed. We recommend purchasing the Route insurance to cover all purchases through Namastevaporizers. If you have paid for package insurance, all claims must be opened exclusively with Route.
Is your package missing, or did your product arrive damaged? If you have purchased a Route protection please contact customer service to receive your replacement: help.route.com/hc/en-us.
If the address in the order is incorrect and the package is returned to the sender, we can return it free of charge. If a refund is requested, we will apply a 15% restocking fee.
By responding to this email, or returning the product, I acknowledge that I have read, and do hereby accept the terms and conditions contained in this Consent Agreement.
