How To Use Boundless Tera?

1. How To Operate Boundless Tera V3

For dry herbs, start by pulling off the mouthpiece and inserting one of the provided mesh screens at the bottom of the oven. Grind your herbs and loosely pack them into the chamber. Throw on your desired mouthpiece, then turn on the vaporizer by pressing the rectangle power button quickly five times. 

The LED screen on top will flash and light up showing you the current battery life of the device and the temperature that you last used. If you’d like to adjust this temperature, use the two buttons to choose any temperature between 140F-428F. Hold down on the power button for a few seconds to begin heating the Tera. The device will vibrate when it has reached your desired temperature, you may now get started!

For wax concentrates, start by removing the mesh screen at the bottom of the oven, then grab the provided metal mesh concentrate pad and load your concentrates. You will then insert the loaded mesh pad into the stainless steel oven with the concentrate facing up. Press the power button 3 times to initiate concentrate mode and you will then be able to reach a temperature of 500F to properly vaporize your concentrate. 

2. How To Get Best Vapor Quality

There are a few different things you can do to ensure the best vapor quality every time you go to use it. First of all, always make sure that your device is fully charged before your session to experience the power of this vaporizer. The Tera V3 uses a convection heating system which means that the oven will need a decent amount of airflow to produce high-quality clouds, so your herb needs to be fully ground to allow this airflow. Attaching your Tera to a glass water pipe with the provided adapter will help to create huge and high-density clouds as this allows even more airflow.

It is always important to perform a burn cycle before using the device for the first time. This is done so that any residue left behind from manufacturing can be burned off before you go to inhale. You can perform this burn-off by setting the vaporizer to its highest temperature setting of 500F also known as the concentrate mode by pressing the power button 5 times. Then press and hold the power button to keep the device heated and allow it to go for a few moments. This will ensure your vapor will be safe to inhale and offer a flavor unaffected by manufacturer residues. 

3. How To Clean/Maintain It

The plastic body of the device won't need anything more than a good wipe down with a soft cloth. As for the mouthpieces, you can detach them from the device by pressing on it from the side until it pops out. The screen holder under this mouthpiece should pop free after a little wiggling. Boundless says you can drop mouthpieces in isopropyl alcohol but don't do so any longer than 10 minutes. Remove mouthpieces from the isopropyl, rinse well then let them dry completely before reinstalling all the pieces. 

Moving onto the oven, you can start with a stiff brush and knock out anything remaining inside. If it needs a deeper cleaning, you can turn the device upside down and use a cotton swab lightly dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the walls and bottom of the oven chamber. Do not allow any liquid to drip down into the oven as it will get into the electronics inside and damage the vaporizer. It is always best to perform a burn-off cycle after cleaning the oven to remove any alcohol residue stuck behind. Do so by turning the vaporizer onto its highest temperature of 500F also known as concentrate mode and holding down the power button to keep it heated for a few minutes. This keeps vapor safe to inhale.
